I had a great laugh to be honest, its just sad this this is the actual response from customer support I received.
Here is the support ticket:
Me n my mates were doing a FOF under a reaper emmisary (no HG raised, we made sure). and then we got invaded by an HG brig. They sank us, and none of us got any reputation. Same bug happened to me a while ago, but i was on the invading side. Also, no rep for either sides, and HG raised for only 1 side.
Here is the response:
Ahoy there,
It may take up to 72 hours to register progress and the pending rewards will eventually be added to your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
