The figurehead and wheel you are referring to are part of the Mutinous Fist set, which is already complete. It was released as a promotion for Bleeding Edge, a game by Ninja Theory.

In-game name of items is the Mutinous Fist.

Unfortunately, it's extremely unlikely they will add different sails to the ones (shown above) that are already part of that set.

Bleeding Edge has ceased development so, unlike the Halo-inspired Spartan set (which did get a new set of sails and flag), there is no promotional benefit to either studio to add similar for the Mutinous Fist set.

Realistically, I think the best you can hope for is a whole new Oni Mask-inspired set. I think something like that might work well for "spooky season".
