@bummsfalleralel might be the browser you’re on, I know the one I use doesn’t let me onto the report player part.
@bummsfalleralel I’ve seen issues with Chrome before, try Safari or even Edge(?).
Going to Twitter might be your alternative if you use it.

I know on my phone the support site doesnt work either
@callmebackdraft I tried. As soon as I log into my account then, the website gives me this error. No idea why.
