Stuck on "Purchase failed: the purchase of this ship could not be completed. Try again shortly"

So, I'm currently unable to complete the purchase of my new galleon. The 500.000 gold coins have been taken from my account, I can give the name to the vessel, "The Untergang" (which shouldn't be a bad name since it simply means "The Downfall"), but as I try to complete the purchase I receive the message "Purchase Failed! The purchase of the ship could not be completed. Try again shortly"... It's been a month now and I cannot do anything to get out from this situation. I've tried restarting the game, uninstalling and installing it back. I've also rebooted the Internet Router and logged off, but still nothing... Buying stuff from the Pirate Emporium, the Outpost Shops or the Shipwrights does not have any issue and I can do everything , but I'm unable to complete this ship purchase (and thus preventing me to buy any other ship)... All my other ships have at least 2 legendary titles and I "only" have 6 ships (previously 8, but I deleted a Brigantine and I also deleted one of my 3 galleons, with no results).
Has anyone else had a similar problem? I've already contacted the support team, but no one has answered...
