Ban permanently

  • Hello, in no way want to condemn the actions of tech support, just maybe I do not understand, maybe I can explain more clearly here. I will explain everything in detail for clarity, in early March I bought the game Sea of Thieves, after which +- a month played and some time was not active, then in early June decided to go again to play, but on the steem account can not go in, in consequence of which found that the mail from the steem account and password different, for a couple of days restored the account, and went into the game and get this message that "the account is banned forever", STEAM account on which the game was bought changed the mail to p*****11@gmail.com, mail XBOX on which the account with the nickname MouseyBass93584 - f****y@gmail.com, maybe it will help in this case. I sent a request earlier, in consequence of which I was given the answer "the account is not banned" I turned to Xbox asked the same question, but there I was told that the account is fine, please help me with the solution to this problem.

    I would use xbox.com to check that when you sign in you get the right Gamertag. Use the web to check that you get the right Gamertag show up there first... You are able to have a different Gamertag/login that is not linked to your Steam account which you use for logging in to the Xbox Account/Gamertag. So that might need unlinking and relinking?

    Then when you are sure and you still appear to be banned - I would go back to Rare support with the extra info.

    One thing I would say is though... The account MouseyBass93584 doesn't look banned as you are still able to talk here on the forums - which is normally a good sign!
