Since season delays have been a reacurring theme in sea of thieves i think a simple addition would be to drop the idea of seasonal cosmetics being purchasable with doubloons but be able to proggress in earlier seasonal plunderpasses of your choosing or by an order from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.This would make many players want to revisit the game after completing the plunderpass when there is simply nothing else to do.
In addition another feature to replace the time limited cosmetics being in the shops could be to have a continuation of non completed sets, like how the frostbite weapon set was completed but for every plunderpass set starting from season 2 as season 1 has already been added every season that could be purchased for the doubloon prices of already existing time limited cosmetics that were due to return.
How a pretty hefty amount of replayiability could be added with an implementation that would not take almost any work
@d3adst1ck what do you mean, they obviously just pull the lever marked season 1 Plunder pass from off to on.....
@d3adst1ck i didnt say no effort im just saying there wouldnt be new cosmetics to be added for this and of course they'd have to remake the plunderpass but they wouldnt have to make the cosmetics again
