For those that like doing adventures there worst part about it is the downtime to get the adding an option to potentially spawn at morrow peak so you can start the voyage right away would be awesome

@subject-18-jord , since eruptions were removed from that island long time ago , I guess your idea is completely plausible and positive for game play.
@pithyrumble the eruptions were annoying after dealing with all the islands then going to sell and having to wait for the island to stop was annoying. With them trying to make the game more approachable for smaller sessions having you play in a risk vs reward zone to then have to sail 10 minutes out of your way for a safe port to sell at because the outpost also erupts would be silly. Not everyone does captaincy, sovereigns has made it much quicker to sell there so a quick in and out to sell is much more possible now than before.
Would be nice if it was a spawn point so I could server hop till I got morrows instead of server hopping until I get ancient spire. The way I see it is one of these things not the other. If the reactivate the island then it shouldn't be a spawn. Imagine being a new player setting sail for the first time and you log in with boulder crashing down on you and your ship then when you respawn you are at another island in the roar and another volcano is going off. Ok uninstall the game at that point. It's like when people get into an FPS for the first time and the first 30 minutes of their gameplay experience is being spawn camped. Never getting to learn the game because they can't even move from the spawn. The first few minutes of the game form a persons opinion of it and if they want to continue. If the xbox achievement number is correct there are 9,300,000 million players who have never even eaten a banana. Even before the maiden voyage the very first thing the game teaches you as a new pirate. You wake up slightly hurt, the game prompts you to pull out a banana and eat it and then you get the achievement for it. There's 10,350,000 million players who have never even "set sail for the first time" because they logged in. Couldn't figure out how to raise the anchor and quit I guess? Or just a bunch who literally only join into friends ships never loading in solo. This is all based off achievement completion % if SoT has had 30 million players and only 69.05% have earned "cronch" and 65.43% "Now bring me that horizon"
I don't get how some players profoundly dislike the devils roar and complain how it's a "difficult area"
I mean it's called devils roar, it has active Volcanoes with eruptions, why wouldn't it be a difficult area?Same goes for storms with some complaining it's really hard to sail when your in it...
It's a storm, why would you expect it to be any less than what we currently have?If they were to make them any easier they might as well remove all environmental hazards and just make different areas visual only which would be completely lame and pointless to even have different environments.
I didn't even know the eruptions of Morrow peak were removed just thought i was lucky i hadn't been hit with one.

I honestly can't find a good reason why to not have the option to spawn there now that eruptions are off and yet here we are with certain people disagreeing still. I'm almost impressed.

This, 3 of the spawn points are really close anyway, plus if you are using the captains missions you don't need to go to Morrows, you can sail right to the mission area.
