Me and my friend got a coral bottle then sever swapped but kept the quest so we went and did it but there wasn't the breath on the throne. Is this a known and being worked on?

There is a possibility someone got to your breath before you.
It spawns whether you have the quest or not as I understand it.
I have not had the opportunity of someone pre-stealing my breaths that I'm aware of so it may be a bug.
@thedrmongoose active server change? Then it shouldn't be in your inventory anymore, sounds like a bug

Not if you scuttle and change seas, you keep all voyages in the wheel.

Oh, sorry, never used that scuttle and change server option, actually I always forget it even exists 😅
@pithyrumble Don't think this is possible. Had an alliance member join me on one of my coral quests, they couldn't even see the bottle until I picked it up.
