Does pvp get better than enemies running from you till an hour later you get killed by some other random ship?
10/10
@rocketstv you know that circle you’re in is a finite space right? If you’re always being outmanoeuvred by the enemy ship, then you need to learn to predict where they’re going and get the edge on them. Also, the brig wouldn’t have got any reward for the sink.
Look man, a crew knows it's strengths. Maybe they ran because A legend had a friend, or little brother or child on board. That or maybe, just maybe they didnt want to fight. I just think it's a silly thing to be upset about.
If it were like COD or Halo and someone wasn't fighting back and kept running from the fight...sure that's reasonable to be upset about.
Some people get on SOT JUST to PvP other players and agree or not no one on the game is required to PvP.
Then again, the hourglass part of this is confusing.
The moral is anyone that chases ships around the map for an hour is nuisance.
@tesiccl said in Hourglass pvp, sloop ran from us for an hour, brig came to win it for those wimps:
Also, the brig wouldn’t have got any reward for the sink.
I watch someone that actively third parties hourglass fights (partially because of the reasonable dislike of the mode, but also) just to tick off other players involved, and steal their flags in the process.
There is always something to gain as an outsider to Hourglass, you just gotta make your own reason and do it. If you're gonna be in an HG match for an hour, you're better off just leaving and getting a fresh new boat, an unengaging fight that lasts longer than 30 minutes is a fight not worth staying in, regardless of the streak you have.
