Playing as a merchant filling delivery request from NPCs. I receive the order to collect multiple crates from an NPC, when I go to collect the crates, the game does not give me the option to collect the crates only to talk to the character. Where normally there would be an option to press "X" to collect the crates for delivery there is none.
I canceled the voyage and start a new one in hopes the issue will resolve itself but to no avail.
This is occuring in the Devils roar as I do ashen captain voyage.
I tried to create a new support request but the website keeps telling me its "forbidden"
maybe someone can help me make a request?
