I put up a wrong voyage for voting, and immediately tried to remove it, JUST as my crewmate voted for it... which resulted in the vote passing, but the voyage getting removed from the table, without the quest starting. Which resulted in getting completely blocked from any further voting. We could put any voyages on it, but none could be voted on. Had to restart the session to actually start the voyage we wanted.
