I got on to play with a friend and it prompted me to create a new pirate. I figure I'm using the same account since I have purchase receipts on the email I'm using for this account, I have playtime and achievements on steam and playtime on my MS account (but no stats or achievements.) I went to support and they said the only viable explanation is I'm logged in with a different gamertag. I really just want some suggestions and ideas from anyone on what to try.
