Make a new feature where you and your crew can pose and then pay for a painting. This can then be put on a captain ship as a decoration.

i think it would work if there was a set area to do it, where you can pose, to avoid the inappropriate possibility
Posing could get problematic is all. I'm fairly creative and have a... well... unclean imagination.
