"Keg Rock"
This is a rock wall on FotD that players can use to stack several gunpowder barrels at, but also make them practically un-grabbable by hand. It essentially helps trivialize an already trivialized boss fight while also undoing the risk of having your ship sneakily blown up by tuckers with the idea to use the fort against you.
As far as I'm concerned, it's fair enough game and forces tuckers to play much more carefully around a crew that might know a thing or two.
"Funny launching"
As much as I've learned about this, this appears to be a sloop/brigantine exclusive issue where using your ship's ladders in an awkward way can result in your launching extremely far from your ship without the need to climb into your ship's cannon. Which some might find useful to get a surprise broad on an unsuspecting crew. This is not something I would support as it can completely destroy proper boarder defense preparations due to the lack of any notification that someone is trying to board you before they reach your ladder.
That is an actual exploit which needs looking into.
The being said, the report system is such an unfortunate joke that whether you do these things or not really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. You're worried that doing FotD quicker could be a cheating exploit because tuckers can't use the fort's kegs against you, I personally do not think that is a big deal. "Funny Launching" on the other hand is something that's worth reporting, and "bigger content creators" aren't doing that intentionally. Most partners, since they're already involved in PvP mostly, are usually the first and highest priority to report to Rare about certain glitches and exploits, and whether or not to use them on stream. If they're not a partner, they probably don't know or care about certain exploits being a serious problem, and their fate is bound to come to them eventually.
