@retronukem13 I was thinking the same thing at first but they go way back, so I'm not really sure it's the numbers, though it could lead to some kind of location maybe (you can also click on view other dates and see that palm trees only appeared on jan 2022, the latest date, and the previous dates give a more clear view on the numbers, specifically 2018). The arrow itself does also point to a gate with arrows on it, and those point to a parrot (there's actually two, one sitting on a wire and the other on a rooftop) perhaps wherever they're looking is the clue? I found a box with something nearby, at the end of the street, but couldn't figure out what's in it.

Point taken. Though, Rare could very easily piggyback off a group of numbers or letters anywhere in the world that could seamlessly fit into a puzzle as a clue. @lucky11 Someone pointed out that there's a rat in that picture. There's some hidden phrase it's giving us with all the pictures with the rat that it's telling us. Least that's what they told me.
If you look at the far left behind the post that Larina is standing at, you can see a lil' rat head poking out with green eyes.

On the jpg of the riddle the p and y in "spy" were written in a different font twice. There are other words that use p and y where its the regular font.

The riddle states: "secrets lie within their chosen words" I looked at which words from the parrot video had a P and/or Y. The only words were: shady.handy.turkey
w3w shows a building at this location in Burbank California. Once you jump onto streetview it reveals the office building of HASBRO. Hasbro and RARE worked on the SoT MONOPOLY, which had a Gold Curse Macaw DLC = the hoarders pet macaw that was mentioned in the riddle.///shady.handy.turkey
