In my country Sot isn't really played, or at least, not much people, even on twitch and those other streaming platforms show the game, is quite in a corner of the gigantic world of videogames, adding the fact that here the main console that is sell is the Playstation ( i think PSs are sell even more than Pcs) but how can i find more people to play with? i have some friends that i play with but i'd love to make a "community" ( yeah i have the Leader issue)

Well, firstly there is the Xbox LFG, you could look there. If you want another way to connect to people you can try the official Sea of Thieves Discord here.
There are also some other official Affiliated Server you can seek out, maybe there is one for your language too^^

@hiradc i'd like to create a "community" of only italian players, but doesn't mean that someone that is not italian come to play with us. all the affiliated/discors have a social Pyramid, and i would do something that doesn't have rank or stuff like the acient egyptian social classes, with bosses and all that things that in an official discord, for example

If you're looking for a regular crew, then yea trying to recruit them into your private discord is forbidden due to spamming and recruiring.
But it does have a few channels (general-lfc, new-swabbie-lfc, and no-mic-lfc) that are players looking for players right now. If you don't really mind who you play with, you can hop on there and find a crew. I have better luck starting a ship than looking for one currently because I don't want to server hop for forts/pvp or do hourglass. But if you post "LF2 Reaper Brigantine" and post the link to the voice channel you're in on the official discord that'll get you a crew quickly. In general anyway, if SoT isn't popular near you and there aren't many other players on when you are it may be a challenge.
