Ahoy mateys, today I would like to talk with you about new encounter or World Event: "Siren Ambush".
Siren Ambush is an ambush of sirens. Ye'll know this is going to happen when the sirens start to cluster below yer ship. When enough are collected, your ship will slow down until it stops. Then they will show 'emselves.
This event/encounter will be split into multiple groups/waves.
The first three waves/groups of sirens will fire at yer ship and crew with their tridents and their songs. Several of em will swim up to your ship and scratch it untill it makes holes in yer hull.
After defeating such groups, 3 new groups will come, but with their friends, Ocean Crawlers. Sirens will do the same thing - scratch the ship and shoot, but more aggressively, and ocean crawlers will jump aboard yer ship and try to sabotage it.
The final wave will be the same as the previous wave, but with feature Siren Lords and Ocean Crawler Lords ( Sirens and Ocean Crawlers with red names above them). After defeating them you'll be able to sail with yer own speed before encountering 'em.
However, I would recommend staying put and not sail away to get your rewards.
Yer reward will be a shipwreck filled with treasures that will appear nearby. It will look different from other shipwrecks, covered in shells, barnacles, corals and seaweed.
Here is the list of foes you will fight for each group/wave:
- First 3 (1-3):
• 30 Sirens (10 each wave),
• 15 Siren Leaders (5 each wave). - Next 3 (3-6):
• 45 Sirens (15 each wave),
• 30 Siren Leaders (10 each wave),
• 15 Ocean Crawlers (5 Eel-ectrics, 5 Hermits, 5 Crabs) (5 each wave). - Final wave (7th):
• 15 Sirens
• 10 Siren Leaders
• 5 Ocean Crawlers
• 3 Siren Lords
• 3 Ocean Crawler Lords
And here is the list of treasure you will get for successfully defending yer ship: - In shipwreck:

• ?-? Coral Chests (Castaway's, Treasure, Seafer's, Maradeur's, Captain's),
• ?-? Coral Artefacts (Mysterious Vessel, Silvered Cup, Golden Reliquary, Peculiar Relic),
• ?-? Bounty Coral Skulls ( Foul, Disgraced, Hateful, Villainous),
• ?-? Coffers (of Aged Grog, of Antiquated Coffee, of Timeworn Metals, of Forgotten Jewels),
• ?-? Siren Gems,
• 1-? Breaths of the Sea,
• 2-? Shipwrecked Chests (Castaway's, Maradeur's, Captain's, Seafer's). - After defeating each foe (50/50 chance):
• 1-3 Siren Gems.
Such an event/encounter is a special event, because it can take place as a separate event/encounter and as an additional event/encounter. In other words, sirens can ambush you when you're also fighting Kraken and Megalodon.
