  • Why have the bubble mechanics from LoTV in the ship graveyard mission been added to every other shipwreck on the seas? It'd be very nice to just get some air on the ship, especially if the wreck is pretty deep. It's very annoying to have to swim up to the service every 15 seconds during a manifest voyage, or just exploring reg shipwrecks anyway. I don't see why this can't be added. Either this, or maybe some sort of diving bell? Also, little promotion of the fiddle. ADD THE FIDDLE RARE, I NEED IT!!!

    I'm kinda against making things easier. Wrecks are good money and supps. Manifest finishes are amazing money, especially Emissary Ledger points.

    Take a breath now and then or you're gonna find a Reaper harvesting your hard work.

    Air bubbles aren't only speed, people will stay down longer without checking so many crews will be taking more risk than less. Which creates another scenario of risk/reward where some will be efficient and some will take gambles that gives other ships more of a chance to attack.

    A requirement to surface is actually going to be safer for many crews. It's like the game saying "grab some air and check around"

  • @tesiccl not all though, and some wrecks are quite deep. It would actually be good for pvp anyway, like @WolfManbush stated. Brings that risk factor

    It actually 45 seconds, and you can prolong it by eating :p

    I don't see why this can't be added.

    Because it shouldnt take you long to grab stuff and get out, also "Risk=Reward" Nobody needs to stay hidden in a shipwreck for long periods.

    the more pleasant they make things and the more efficiency friendly then the more it balances out the supply flooding and server hopping and the general pvp cheesing

    We are long past the days where the small inconveniences are necessary for risk reward. Priority should be qol which leads to more attempts and more to steal. Everyone wins long term.

  • @wolfmanbush We need another qol season. Kind of like this one, with community suggestions and feedback. Of course, it would have some more content too, but it could be altered to feel different. Give me another season 5, but MORE and A LOT better this time.

    When they do it right like they mostly did for season 9 they receive better feedback than the big fancy content because it has longevity to it. QoL creates more risk taking, more stacking, willingness to deal with more frustrations and losses. "Pvp content" or some high risk event don't cut it. People that enjoy the process participate more.

  • @wolfmanbush If they can master it, or do better than season 9, then it has to have some game changing qol changes. They could definitely do it. Also, we were not gonna get a roadmap for this year?

  • @mrclutchyking06 part iv me agrees know that we have the bubble air mechanic but part of me thinks it’s fine too mostly cuz on ships without air I just eat why I’m under to keep my health up there’s usually plenty of food on ship wreaks …but yea I don’t see why they couldn’t change this

    Honestly, it's because rare has a habit of not going back and touching up old content nearly as much as they should. They admit this.

    There's been alot of tweaks to stuff that could be added to wrecks to make them interesting. They could have the interactbles that have been added. There could be multiple ships like in the graveyard (not as many, but multiple). There could be air pockets. Right now they only add in stuff to the treasure tables, and I believe that is likely because of how the tables themselves are set up that they end up being auto-added.

  • @otherfanboy I honestly feel like they are too lazy to go back. Ik that sounds harsh, but it is feedback.

  • I would say +1 to all shipwrecks having air pockets

  • Aye aye, it would be nice addition to the seas. However, it will need to be change a little bit to creat that atmosphere that you are in the shipwreck and ye looking for the treasure below the waves.
    About fiddle, would be fun. If it will be added, I'll try it.

    Nah, just putting all loot on the deck and supplies in the barrels when you sail over a shipwreck should be enough ...

    They added air bubbles in veil voyages because there's potentially more items to find, in locations that need interacting in wrecks that are deeper below the waves. Standard shipwrecks can do without the bubbles.

  • @mrclutchyking06 yea but I don’t blame them it’s not like it’s a huge problem it’s more a very small QOL fix so unless their doing a bunch of those in one patch I don’t see it happening

  • @selgewick I honestly wouldn’t care if they didn’t add the bubbles. I just want the fiddle, that’s all. All of my posts are secret promotion for a fiddle

  • @selgewick I do want that to be added, but it’s not a priority for me. But it is a very needed quality of life change
