Still unable to raise ticket

  • I am still unable to raise a ticket.
    I hit the "send" button, but just get the message "error" popping up on the top of the screen without any further explanation.
    I filled out all required fields with asteriks.

  • I use the link https://support.seaofthieves.com/requests/new but I imagine the only difference between this link and yours is the language. You could try it and see if for some reason it works in English.

    I wish you luck if you succeed in submitting a ticket. I've submitted three tickets for a bug of mine over the time frame of early January to now. Never got a response on any of them.

  • @George-Mac-P are you trying to upload files to the ticket? There's a limit of 5 files with a combined 50mb size limit, which might be stopping you from submitting the ticket.

  • @George-Mac-P have you changed your gamertag or email address? I’ve had it with other games where if I changed my email/gamertag it broke something at their side

    no changes on my side, i raised a lot of tickets in the past and did not change too much on my side apart from language settings inside the game..

    Not to be this person... but have you received disciplinary actions?

    Maybe been" not nice "to support for whatever reason.

    I have a suspicion this may be an issue in some of these threads.
