Since i thought the quality of life update was patching, i would of thought they would of fixed the ladder glitch on the sloop, twice now, ive gone to kill people for them to merge through the boat and onto to the outside only to die. they managed to fix the ladder splash but why not that???Used to spend a lot of time on this game, and money on cosmetics and came to check out the new season, only to notice the same bugs that were there since release, and more hackers when diving. Fix the game if you want to get people playing and spending money on a game.

Sooo waitaminute, you kill a pirate...and their mermaid spawns off ship? If you're moving "which you should be in pvp" and you kill them...but they respawn off ship?...
I fail to see the issue...
@sweetsandman Does the window have to be open? I can see it if the window is open, but if it is closed, nope.
@cptfatsparow594 the window grab can hardly be called a glitch, i find that pretty realistic to be able to do that.
I thought you where gonna talk about the “funny launch” ladder grab which is highly op since you can launch yourself for miles in order to board an enemy ship. Which yes, should be patched

Close the window. Stops most of them.
Closing the window does absolutely nothing. It's the exact same interact spot to grab the ladder from inside whether the window is open or closed.

That makes more sense. I haven't been able to get it to work on the port side since that obnoxiously tacky hourglass was forced onto my voyage table. Never had much luck on the other side at all. Yeah, this doesn't need a patch. Except maybe the window closed thing lol.
Oh, I have no intention of using it to interact with other pirates or for an advantage. I've never been one for any of the exploits/cancels/bugs, aside from a moment of personal, silly fun.
I've been in the game since before the cursed sails. I have no intention of losing my character for a possible advantage!

@phantaxus there is a difference between the ladder grab through the window which is not an exploit and the so called “funny launch” glitch/exploit which is an exploit and is bannable

Depends on what you are talking about:
1 grabbing the ladder trough the sloop window, this is fine, not an exploit and so not bannable (this is the thing OP is talking about)
2 the “funny launch” exploit, this is an exploit and thus bannable
In the case of the funny launch there is a couple of content creators that i know which are using this, i wont call them out here since it would be against forum rules however all of those content creators are at least on their second or more account since all the others got banned, one is a heavy repeat offender and is on a new account almost every single week.

Aye, I was talking about the window ladder grab not the funny launch. I agree that funny launch should be a bannable offense.
