I have a problem

    I don't know why but when I enter the game and try to vote to raise the flag of any emissary, it tells me that I don't have the license to do it, despite having bought the level 45 license.
    can you help me guys please :(

    To the right of where you buy promotions there are some other items, one of which is an emissary license, you have to do that at each faction.

    Did you buy the flag? There is not just the rank licence you need...you have to buy each factions flag as well...one-time-purchase btw
