Console Players Should be Able to Hear Gamechat While in Parties

Kinda sucks that PC players are the only ones that can be in a discord chat or Xbox party and still hear players in game chat. Sucks even more that they can stay in the party or discord chat and still respond in game chat too. I don't expect console players to be able to speak in gamechat even with push to talk if they're in a party or discord vc, but we should at least be able to hear other pirates. We know this is possible because we've seen it in other games like Call of Duty and Overwatch. I have Speech to Text on which kind of solves the issue despite the immersion aspect of actually hearing the person. I also have a keyboard plugged into my console so I can respond quickly with text chat. But it'll never be the same as actually speaking with another pirate. I've made memorable friends and enemies alike in the seas that way. Sucks we have to choose. If we want to talk to someone or even hear someone in gamechat, we have to go into our xbox party or discord call and switch to game chat. Then if we want to be able to talk to our friends again, we have to switch back. This is impractical, even more so in a fight. I'm not going to stay in game chat to talk to an enemy at the sacrifice of hot-micing my strategies and tactics.
