Whales

    Please try to find a way to put whales in this game without it taking too many of your work-hours or memory usage. They would just randomly spawn the same way Krakens do, but instead they are just lurking under water and might even show up above water at a distance some times.

    It will be a fun way to add to the depth in this game.
    You hear the whale-like noises of the kraken. A whale would be cool too.

    Considering the ongoing controversies around whale hunting irl it'd probably be a smarter move, and easier too to just rework megs. Megs only have 1 attack, I think it's time we see an old shark taught new tricks.

    I think whales could be cleverly programmed, you would only see them and hear them in full form swimming about while waiting to get matched underwater in HG, in main adventure they would only spawn in distance shortly to emerge and breathe

    Fun! They don't even need to be a hostile encounter, maybe they just surface, breach, and there are commendations for spotting them through your spyglass. Just some fun seafaring events parallel to fishing.

    If they add whales, we should be allowed to kill them. I'm not being sarcastic. We already kill sharks, an endangered species, let us kill whales. And if they need to be modeled after Orcas so they sre predatory, that's fine by me.

    This game doesn't model real life and sharks aren't endangered here.
