Just a simple question that i had, for example: do i have to wear the Athena costume while i have the ghost curse on to get my Athena flag up? Same question for the skelly curse.
There are commendations for using cosmetics during certain actions but for leveling specifically there aren't any cosmetic requirements for personal leveling and flag leveling the only requirement would be to opt in to the feature, example emissaries and Hourglass
