Taking damage outside of water only

    I am extremely confused. When I am in the water, my health is fine. But the second I get on the ship or on land, I start taking damage. Pretty sure it thinks im on fire the second im out of water but im not.

    I've run into this a few times as well. It's a bug where like you said the game thinks you're just always on fire. A trip to the ferry usually fixes it for me so I just let myself burn

    so it's similar to when snake bites bug out and just keep draining health?

    @wolfmanbush seems to be yeah. Not sure what triggers though.
