Bought a new sloop yesterday, every time I save parts to it, I end up with a sailor sloop the next session. I’m tired of dropping 50k per session to save parts to my ship for it to not work. My trinkets, crest, nothing carry over. Fix your game Rare.
Ship Saving
Although it is a good advice not to save items if it's not working, it's obviously Rare's problem, since it is supposed to work and they are responsible for this.
I also thought this was already patched months ago? Since when did you start to get this problem (again) @MysticalEyeba1l ?
My advice for you is to report the issue and if you think/hope it might have been solved, just save 1 item of your ship and check if it is being saved. That way it only costs 7.5k and not 50k.@super87ghost
Thank you for the advice, this started a few days ago on friday after just buying a new sloop. The original patch was a few weeks after captaincy came out. Nothing works, even if I save one it just doesn’t work.@foambreaker
I’ve played on the ship for hours after saving items to it, and nothing goes through, flag and everything.@foambreaker said in Ship Saving:
- Never log in and out without visiting your ship, if you log in and out too quickly your settings will be lost
- You have to finish the Pirate Lords speech on your new ship, log out after that and before trying to customize
- Some say saving a flag helps force a save on your cutomizations
