Looking for someone to get skeleton curse

Honestly, the more you fight the better you will get. At some point you will get the aiming of cannons down where you can foresee the trajectory of cannons and where you would need to aim. As for close combat fights, you're going to have to decide which weapons are for you, if you're not precise then chances are that guns aren't for you, bring a sword and a blunder. Otherwise, guns will get you the fastest kills, especially with "that" dumb glitch. Ultimately good players tend to play aggressively, the moment they got a good shot, they blast on repeat, not giving you the chance to breath even if their own ship took a hit. New or bad players will try to fix on their first hole, which will leave the ship defenseless.

There should be 2 priorities to sinking ships with cannons, the first is the mast, if they aren't mobile then they are easy picking... or easier pickings. The 2nd, is the players themselves, wipe out the crew and nothing stands in your way of blasting holes onto their decks. On sloops this is easier, aim for the wheel or cannon area on an opponent ship and blast away volleys. Whoever kills the crew first is the winner.
