Can we get 2 sets of saved ship cosmetics for captain ships?

    As most of you know, a captain ship has one set of saved cosmetics. As soon as you load in, your cosmetics are already loaded on your ship. If you change any of your cosmetics there is an option to restore the ship livery to your saved default. My suggestion is simple.

    Can we have 2 sets of default cosmetics? A primary one and a secondary one.

    The secondary set of cosmetics would work just the same as the primary set. You can instantly change the cosmetics from the shipwright chest. The secondary would be saved between sessions.

    I like the idea, since apart from achievements and commendations I really don't understand the purpose of buying multiple ships of the same kind, but people who do role play in this manner would not like your idea as it would sort of make having two different ships unecessary.

    Different crew : different ship.

    When I sail solo, I'm on the Curry Boat ; when duo mostly on my crewmate's sloop Pauline, except when I start before him: then we sail on my sloop that's named Pauline Too. When he sails with someone else, he's sailing on a different one.

    @lem0n-curry dont get me wrong I understand other people and why they love to have different ships, just personally I get an error message when I consider doing it, I really love seeing my sloop having close to 1500 milestones

    Not everyone can afford multiple ships unless they are a part of an alliance server. I’m guessing you have millions of dollars to spend on multiple ships.

    Yes, that is the intended purpose. That or role playing a specific type of pirate or ship. Say you're a OoS buff and you only do and show that.

    It's like 3-6 vaults worth of cash to buy a ship. It takes longer to level them to legendary to open a new ship slot than to make the money to buy one.
