It still pay to win, not everyone purchases the pass, not everyone has alot of play time to unlock 100 renown to earn a pet. So it still Pay to Win.

False. You get 250 Ancient Coins completely free from the Plunder Pass.

If you pay for the Plunder Pass, you get an additional 500 Ancient Coins. 750 in total if you reach lvl 100.
