I'd like the opportunity to paint my boat as I see fit, as I'm getting tired of all the same old combo's.
I'm thinking of the standard designs of ship cosmetics available at the shipwright, just being able to change the colours as I see fit. So for example, we could change the main 2 colours of the Morningstar sails to any colour combo we wanted, and then save this "new item" to our ship customisation chest. Then we could simply equip it in future sessions.
I accept certain colours or features would be blocked for modification, to protect the exclusivity of items that are time-locked or behind certain commendations, and that this feature only being applied to certain basic skins may be the only way to do it fairly for commendation hunters.
