Sign in to Xbox Live white screen

    See if this can can fix it:

    • Click on the windows search bar and type "Services" then if you scroll down to the bottom you should have about 4 "Xbox" things. For each single one except Xbox Accessory Management, right click ➔ properties ➔ switch from "disabled" to automatic ➔ right click again and "start".

    Some of the solutions here may also be helpful.

    Can you sign into xbox live through a web browser, then SoT won't prompt the broken log-in screen? Or are you logged in?
