My Requests - Support Site

  • I just noticed that they've updated the layout for the support site requests page. It does seem to be easier to see requests at a glance, and it's now showing much older requests that simply disappeared on the old layout, but the problem is that they don't appear to be ordered in any discernible way. It's not ordered alphabetically, by created date or by last activity. It seems to be all over the place. It should be listed by last activity in descending order, ideally with the option to change the ordering, so that you can find your more recent tickets quickly.

    It also seems to have lost all tickets created after early 2022?

  • @captain-coel I have history going back to the Tech Alpha but the latest ticket I have is about not getting the 2nd Grogmanay Tankard in Jan 2022. Maybe they are still transferring the old data in and haven't gotten around to everything/everyone yet?

  • I have tickets from this year in my list of requests; the ones from previous years are all over the place though (not seeing how they are ordered).

  • I can’t even access the support site due to an outage 🤷🏻‍♂️

  • Not sure if it's because I'm viewing these on my phone, but when I file a support request and a CS agent gets back to me, nothing is shown in their comment box. It's just an empty box with their name attached.

  • @epicgamer4785 that happened to me recently. I normally communicate with them through email though so it doesn’t stop me from getting help, but it is annoying.

  • @abjectarity Do you know of a way to resolve this issue? I always like reporting new bugs that I find but I never know what the devs have to say about it.

  • @epicgamer4785 outside of turning on the emails so you can see it there, I don’t. I’ve always just done back and forth via the email and it puts mine and their conversations into the website log as well. So I only go to the website to look when I’m checking back quickly on something that was said and not actively communicating with them.

  • @abjectarity So I just found a fix for it after I asked you lol. I turned my phone to landscape and simply highlighted the screen and text appeared as if it were written in invisible ink.

  • @epicgamer4785 ah then they are using white on white haha! Obvious formatting issue then.
