I just noticed that they've updated the layout for the support site requests page. It does seem to be easier to see requests at a glance, and it's now showing much older requests that simply disappeared on the old layout, but the problem is that they don't appear to be ordered in any discernible way. It's not ordered alphabetically, by created date or by last activity. It seems to be all over the place. It should be listed by last activity in descending order, ideally with the option to change the ordering, so that you can find your more recent tickets quickly.
It also seems to have lost all tickets created after early 2022?
