I've helped a friend of mine to let her get the Ashen Curse, but even after getting all commendations she wasn't given the Ashen Curse... Also, the earth was constantly shaking, but the volcano never erupted.
Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Heart of Fire tall tale and rewards?

@von-adler8879 Sadly that's the support teams copy paste response though. Like I had unlocked a commendation for 250 order of souls voyages complete but i didn't get the achievement for it "wait 72 hours" yea but as I had already waited 3 months at the point. I had to send them a screen shot of the commendation complete in game, then a screen shot of the achievement page on this site showing I was stuck at 96% completion. The achievement is tied to commendation progress so Since it now longer tracks after completion doing more voyages wouldn't progress the achievement progress, the 2 systems were just out of sync with each other. So after submitting a screen shot they were able to fix it for me. I waited months and several patches hoping it would fix itself but in some of these cases it seems like if your progress gets out of sync its not just going to fix itself it actually needs human intervention.
But fingers cross. If it doesn't unlock on its own I would submit a screen shot with your next ticket showing the 100% completion
@realstyli 72hrs - So basically tomorrow morning if they aint there its worth to report? I'm assuming there area lot more people in our boat, I'm guessing they will add them soon

Tomorrow morning would be right for the Emissary rewards, yep.
For the volcano not erupting part, sometimes they have false starts where they shake a ton and then don't erupt. They've done that since their introduction. Shaking isn't followed up by eruption 100% of the time, and last night actually had one erupt without shaking like crazy first. The black smoke coming out of the spout is the only real sign of an imminent eruption.
