Over 5 days ago I killed a shrouded ghost while in an open crew and everyone else receive the commendation completion and the cosmetic rewards (figurehead and title) except for me. My commendation bugged and I got none of my rewards for the kill. I made a support ticket that night asking for help resolving the issue and all I've gotten are auto-generated responses. Is there any way I can go about getting these rewards? I don't want to play another 2000 and pray to encounter the ghost a second time. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Sadly there is no more help that anyone here can offer you - Support will eventually get back to you with a personal reply if you respond to your ticket.
I have sailed for the last 4-5 years and still haven't seen the elusive beast so I can feel your pain!
@musicmee Unfortunately I've already replied more than once with no luck. I guess the only reward I get is "thanks for helping steer the course of sea of thieves"
