There is a Shop in every outpost where you can buy clothing, hair and facial beards. Even peglegs.
You can also get rewards by curses that change your appearance.WE SIT THERE FOR HOURS PRESSING "CREATE NEW PIRATES" JUST TRYING TO FIND THE ONE WE LIKE!!!!!!
That seems to be a YOU!! problem and not a game.
Think about...You create your own Pirate using the customization you are asking for. Someone sees you and you did something they didnt like.They now copy your name, appearance and run around. You get into trouble :/
or someone copy a 'famous' streamers look and appearanceOR worse...everyone looks like jack sparrow.
@burnbacon Clearly not just a her problem. I want to make my own character build not cycle through presets, if people wanna copy so what? Its her opinion and not a bad one get over yourself.

/agree. The clothing, weapons, equipment, etc, are a bit on the drab side. More flash would be very cool. :)
