I have seen some posts about this already, and I don’t just want to completely repeat what others have said so i want to make a suggestion for how to actually give this set away fairly.
Make the weapon sets twitch drops, and afterwards just make the entire gilded phoenix set a giveaway exclusive set, this way we can have an actual fair chance of completing the set, and afterwards you can still let them streamers do their giveaways for the entire set. Pretty much a win win situation for all, unlike how it currently is. Apologies for if this was already suggested somewhere.

If they made it easy/easier they would tick off the few people that actually support what they did with these weapons and they would get rid of their lurker creator
all anyone can do in this game when it comes to this stuff is work on not letting fomo run or ruin the day and the same for completing 100% of stuff
How I approached this myself is I didn't do the mystery, I wasn't into how that was implemented so I committed to just letting that be something I wasn't going to do, even though I do most things.
I don't agree with supplies being sold so I committed to never getting those achievements
Rather than buying a whole set in the emporium I just pick what I actually might play around with someday and not the stuff that I know I don't like and won't use
It's really the only way to handle this game in a positive way imo, then it breaks the habits and the focus that allow the strategies to work on things like this weapon set.
I look at it like a way to improve the journey with less ties to stuff and things rather than missing out on something
