Hi, what's up captains, the other day I was playing and when I go out to look for another crew, I press play, it puts me loading supplies and then I get a permanent ban for red beard on the sea of thieves servers, I never got the email to my account explaining why it was the ban, I made a ticket two days ago and I still have not received a response, I wanted to consult with you who surely know much more than me on these issues, since it is the first time that something like this happens to me without any explanation and I'm truly confused.
I am not a user of cheats or hacks , I do not have offensive language in the game , I barely use the megaphone to talk to my crew when I am not in discord , so I can not find a feasible reason for what is happening to me .
