Will we get fox sounds instead of coyote sounds in the future? Was slightly disappointed to hear my fox howl like one when I waved at him. The foxes are still a very welcome addition, but the lack of fox sounds is strange.
Fox Sounds
@driedlychee You might know better than I do, but in this thread, that I made, I shared a video that specifically shows how foxes sound (reply #32). It's not pretty.

Sure, but at least it would be accurate, no? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And that's not how foxes always sound, the noises in that video just seems to be when they're arguing/fighting or want something they aren't getting. Foxes make adorable noises too. I mean, come on, how could you not think this is cute?

I grew up in an area surrounded by foxes. They scream like someone being brutally murdered all bloomin' night.
Did you have chickens?
I've spent many a night like Barnyard Ben standing ground between fox and hen
@wolfmanbush No, I didnt keep chickens, But I lost a pet rabbit to what I assume was foxes. The chicken wire in the front had been pushed in just enough to pull the poor sod out.

I have Ancient Coins waiting on fox noises to be updated.
I was a bit hasty with mine because I didn't do much research beforehand and was just excited they added my favorite animal as a pet. And the very first thing I did when I got it was fire it out of a cannon.

No need to even have chickens anymore. Foxes have practically invaded the city I live in. It's actually become very rare to not hear them screaming all night. On the plus side they keep the aboveground rat population in check.

this is happening in many places with many different animals
combination of high numbers, food sources in populated areas, interference in natural habitat, less hostile shared environment
see it a lot with coyotes
