I've been thinking that we only have so many different tattoos and thought it'd be cool to have a bunch of tattoos and patterns and you just freely place them on your body.
Of course the current ones would still be here for people who don't want to do this or don't care.
All in all, that way everyone could have unique tattoos and even make unique partner or crew tattoos.
