Ever since the Adventure pulled Merrick from his seapost the community has been unable to sell fish there. We need a new Hunters Call representative there.
It is unclear if Merrick will return to the seapost. I don’t care who takes his place. If Merrick returns, the new replacement can leave or be taken in a future adventure.
I hate to spoil the ending of the PvP infested Adventure but if you manage to complete the Adventure you will learn that Merrick chooses to remain dead. This means that his Sea Post is forever broken and you can’t turn in fish there

But a big no to emissary, getting seen by reapers? No thank you!
Voyages? No, we had fishing voyages once in an event...maybe the most boring and stupid thing we had in the game yet...
Meg-voyage? To boost them up? No!
We have to wait for the Battle of Stephen's Spoils so we can get New Stephen's Spoils and hear about all the change we could have had if we didn't decide to save Stephen's Spoils when Rare inevitably decides we're going to save Stephen's Spoils anyways.
Just throw Billick (some other rando cousin) over there and be done with it lol.
OR Stephens Spoils outpost will never get a new "fishmonger". This would perhaps confuse newer players, BUT it would also server as an ingame reminder of the lore and (his)story of SoT.
Perhaps the best way to honor our beloved shark fighter, is to not replace him on this one outpost. Let the outpost serve as a shrine of sorts.
