Shark Spawns?

    So i think something is buggy with normal sharks, their spawns. I RARELY, ever, see them. I can sit in the open ocean, dive at shipwrecks, kill megalodons and i see maybe 1 in a session

    i have killed 14 megalodons since Captaincy came out, for example. 2 out of 14 times, I had sharks spawn at the Megalodon corpse.

    i've dived at 27 shipwrecks so far, at 4 shipwrecks i had sharks spawn

    those numbers seem incredibly low, ESPECIALLY considering you need 450 of the bloody things for the tier 1 trophy trinket. I should be seeing a lot more sharks

    if they're going to be this rare, then the milestones for them should be lowered. (actually they should be lowered regardless)

    They were as a mechanic supposed to spawn around meg corpses.

    Shipwrecks never had it other than a threat.

    Go to the Shrine of Hungering near Marauder's arch. Take a supply chest for shark meat.

    Rule of thumb, when you don't want them they are hot and heavy when you're hunting them they are non existent.

    Regular Shipwrecks with air pockets. Clean it out with a storage crate and you have 2 circling by the time your done.

    Or sirens. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    I'd rather see sharks in normal gameplay than have to go farming them at the only place they're guaranteed spawn lol, and unlock milestones naturally through gameplay and not grinding them out. And even farming the Shrine, 450 sharks is going to take AGES to do

    they're supposed to spawn around meg corpses, yet i NEVER see them, and i farm megs regularly every day

    if they're not spawning as often as they should, especially around meg corpses, then it's still a bug that needs to be pointed out for the devs

    I wasn't naysaying, just noting an uptick. Krakens are a little more feisty since the update.
