Can't buy ships anymore (bug)

With the release of the update, I bought myself a brigantine. Gave a proper name, received captaincy training, set sail and retired from the game. The next time I logged in, I couldn't buy a sloop or galleon and couldn't choose a new mission because "there is a journey in progress." In the main menu, they always offer to finish the purchase of the brigantine. I thought that this bug can be bypassed by disassembling the ship. But now I cannot buy a new ship and am left without the old one. Will this bug be fixed?
