I love the idea of being able to hoard a large number of quests on my ship for easy access, but it needs a little tweak to make it truly great.
We need specific ones for vaults, lost cargo and ghost fleets. Otherwise the only way to do these via captain voyages is via a commission or mercenary voyage.
Also for mercenary voyages it would be nice if these had a bit more variety to help them not just be a collection of other trading company voyages. Maybe give harder challenges for different rewards I.e. hunting a skeleton lord for a stronghold skull, not the best example but was all I had off the top of my head for now.
