Monster encounter idea - cyclops

The cyclops is a mythical creature said to be the off spring of the God Poseidon. These one-eyed gaints roam random island of the Mediterranean. These creatures are also infamous in the story of Odysseus and the Tales of Sinbad the sailor (1001 arabian nights).

As most of the fantasy-pirate theme seem to take idea from the Greek mythologies, I feel these would be an interesting monster encounter in sea of thieves islands. These monsters will have a large horde of treasure hidden in thier lair and players will need to kill them into order obtain thier key to get the treasure. I can see this as a large land based boss like the kraken or the Meg.
