A while ago (about two weeks by now) I bought 150 ancient coins from Microsoft store, and they never credited to my account. I have logged out and back in multiple times and I shut off the PC every night (which I'm guessing counts as a restart) but they never showed up. Which brings me to the topic; I can't buy 150 coins anymore, because it says that I already own them. I cannot remedy this, because I don't have the coins to spend.
(Note: Buying ancient coins from Steam works fine)
Can't buy more ancient coins from MS store
@metal-ravage instant denial... They said I already used it, which is not true, and it still says that I can't buy more because I own them
@chronomize If you're buying coins on the Microsoft Store, you need to launch the Microsoft Store Sea of Thieves client to activate them. If you don't have it, and don't want to buy the game twice, you can try to use a gamepass trial to download the game again and activate them.
Otherwise, you need to contact MS support to get your coins refunded and then buy them on Steam instead.
