AI Emissary Ships

I don't know about anyone else but I think it would be cool to see some AI ships belonging to certain emissaries going around and completing there own voyages, i.e. merchants bringing the goods from outpost to outpost or island to outpost, and have similar things for gold hoarders and order of souls, maybe even hunters call, you can throw up a alliance flag when approaching (or a new kind of flag) signaling you are friendly, so they can let you board and you can activate the quest by talking to the captain or similar to how normal voyages start. You could also just sink them if you wish, both options offering different rewards, ie emissary level goes up higher for helping them, or just more loot for sinking but less emissary increase. I think this will make the world feel more inhabited and alive and overall a pretty interesting mechanic in my opinion. Could also do events like needing to find a special variant of the ship for some bonus loot but the ship is marked like a reapers chest. Could also use it to show off decked out ships in each of there respective costmetics. Would be interested to know what others think! Let me know!
