Can you please bring back the Wailing Barnacle ship and weapon set in the blue / teal color? I just finished grinding the 300 barnacle chests but I much prefer the blue colors. I am willing to pay for it or earn it and I have already purchased the equipment and clothing items. I just need the ship and weapons. Thank you!

@capt-badfish In order to earn them, you will have to time travel back to 2018 and complete the Cursed Sail/Crews and Shrouded Spoils updates, earn doubloons, and buy them.
Don't forget to go back to the future after you complete those tasks.
@kommodoreyenser Haha! What you lack in imagination you make up for in sarchasm :) There have been other sets that have come back and they still offer the equipment and clothing for the set I want. They even have the silent set which is just a colorway change. Not to mention the old black market option, pirate emporium purchase options, commendation unlocks, etc. My understand is that they released all the different Wailing Barnacle stuff at different times as well. I am sure I am not the only one who would like to complete the set.

I am sure there are TONS of players who want the old story cosmetics to come back. That isn't a good justification for that to happen though. No more so than someone missing a cosmetic for past adventures now. Cosmetics tied to timed achievements/stories are nothing more than a badge/medal/ribbon showing you participated. You wouldn't allow present day soldiers to wear awards for participation in a past war right?! Same reasoning applies here.
The reason you can purchase some of the OG set is because those items were never included in the set, some equipment/instruments weren't even in the game way back then. I guess they could of only made them purchasable for those who participated but that would probably just make you more angry/disappointed/whatever.
To add to you wanting to earn them, they were difficult to obtain back then given the window of time they were available and how you earned doubloons. Today it would be super easy to unlock and purchase them in the manner they were originally designed, given how doubloons are earned and stockpiled. Fleets especially were more formidable during the outpost attacks, often requiring sloops to band together (intro to alliance flag) to win.
Also, I have zero sarchasm but plenty of sarcasm to go around.
