I can't log in to game and play with my wifi but not with mobile data

    Ahoy mates! I have lavenderbeard connection error and can't log in to game. I found these solutions on forum:

    1. Try to connect with ethernet cable

    2. Sign out and sign in to xbox and reconnect steam to xbox

    3. Deleting xlb files (xbox credentials)

    4. Disable firewall and antivirus

    5. Disable proxy

    I have already tried all of these solutions. I don't think my internet connection is the problem because any other game and app work normally and fine with my home internet.

    I can only log in and play game with my phone's mobile data via using hotspot but it is not actually a solution for me. I'm slowly getting to feel desperate and open to any suggestion to fix this problem. Thank you

    @shaeffective Had the same issue recently, check if you can log in to any Microsoft related apps, even the website.

    Microsoft store, Xbox app anything related, if you cant use your phone (turn off wifi and check again).

    I fixed it with my Internet provider, Microsoft could only fix it only for a day.
