Headset: No game audio but I can hear game chat

    Windows 10.

    In the game, I can hear the game chat and my headset microphone works but I cannot hear the game's audio.

    I have game audio and game chat both set to "headset" and restarted several times.

    Windows is using my headset for input and output. And I've restarted several times.

    I can hear other apps on my headset. The only thing I cannot hear on my headset is the game's audio.

    Any ideas?

    Had this problem for a few days and finally figured out what was wrong. Go into your sound settings and then press the sound control panel, when you start up the game you will realize that it is playing through your speakers just disable your speakers by right clicking and pressing disable and it should start coming out of your headset.
