Smuggler not spawning

    I can't get the smuggler to spawn at twin groves. I've completed the necessary steps leadi g to that point including leaving my boat at the reapers and rowed over yet he still won't spawn. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

    did you park your rowboat on land? smuggler only spawned for me when the rowboat was touching land or had touched land for whatever reason

    @wolfmanbush I have yes, I'm at a loss this is the third attempt in two days

    @mcchukkels Make sure only the rowboat touches Cannon Cove, your ship shouldn't be even close to the island. After a few moments the smuggler will appear.

    @metal-ravage I left my Boston at the reapers hideout and rowed over, its so frustrating

    @mcchukkels Take a look around the island if there are other ships nearby. If you still have issues try to change session and start again.

    Fixed, Just bring your boat to the closest point were the smuggler is on the island
